2月10日，盛屯矿业发布公告称，公司全资子公司盛屯黄金安大略已完成对加拿大Loncor公司100%股权的收购交割。根据《安排协议》约定，盛屯黄金安大略已向目标公司支付收购价款，Loncor公司正式成为盛屯矿业全资下属公司，纳入合并报表范围。
